You can send a request by filling out the form on the Contact page or by writing to info@seoncare.com, indicating the order number and the reason for the request.
Please review our Return and Refund Policy before proceeding.
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after processing.
Once handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code to monitor the shipment.
Shipping is free throughout Italy for orders over €19.99.
For orders below that amount, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.
If the order has not yet been processed, we can attempt to modify or cancel it.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@seoncare.com with the order number.
We cannot guarantee modifications on orders already handed over to the courier.
As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the link and tracking code.
